As the former Chairman and founder of the NSW Origin Legends Organisation, (NSWOL) I was pleased to head up the committee that hosted the inaugural Indigenous Jobs Market held at Mt Druitt, Sydney in 2010.
Being a former National Rugby League player, NSW State of Origin player and Australian Kangaroo, I wish to acknowledge that it was a pleasure to work with all stakeholders in this most important Indigenous Employment initiative.
Since stepping down as Chairman of the Organisation in February 2011, I have been able to continue being part of developing new and innovative programs for the youth in Australia.
I am of the firm belief that the programs will produce outcomes that will be described as "cutting edge" and will become a benchmark that other programs will aspire to.
